Aqarat Jahza helps you search, contact advertisers, and manage listings and viewings. Create an account with accurate information and use it only for lawful property activities.
Advertiser responsibility
You are responsible for accurate listing information, photos, and your right to advertise the property. Do not publish misleading content or images you cannot use. Administrators may review, reject, or hide listings.
Review and verification
The verification badge means the platform has reviewed the listing. You should still inspect the property, check its legal documents, and verify the owner's identity before making an agreement.
Viewings and communication
A viewing remains a request until the advertiser confirms it. Check the time and location directly. You can cancel a request from your account before the viewing is completed.
Payments, packages, and services
Package and service links are inquiries. This version does not process electronic payments. Agree on the price, scope, and terms with the provider in writing.
Account management
Administrators may suspend accounts or listings that break the rules or contain inaccurate information. Contact support for questions, appeals, or assistance.
